19th Mitsubishi Skills Olympics Held at Calamba City

MANILA: Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation always strives to hone its relationship with customers and continues to offer enticing services to them, like the recently organized free inspection service to Montero Sport customers. This move on part of the company makes them win the customers’ satisfaction and loyalty. And now in an effort to promote and encourage the skills of sales dealers and after sales personnel, MMPC has staged its annual Mitsubishi Skills Olympics (MSO) at its Calamba City dealership, Best Southern Genesis Motors, Inc. With the intention of showcasing their skills in vehicle-sales and after-sales, many representatives from MMPC's various dealerships participated in the event. This 19th Mitsubishi Skills Olympics was witnessed by more than 500 guests and more than 100 Olympians from MMPC's dealerships nationwide.

The MSO was conceptualized with the motto of boosting the Mitsubishi Spirit, fortifying dealer customer satisfaction, establishing friendship and fellowship, and above all, showcasing their skills on vehicle sales and parts merchandising. This competition is also designed to check how the company's dealers handle all types of customers in any kind of situation.

The competition was tapped with competitions like Fuso sales, Sales Hotshot, Parts Specialist, Service Adviser, Service Technician, and Warrant Officer competition. At the end of the competition, CT Citimotors, Inc. was judged as the overall champion as it grabbed the highest points by winning in almost all the categories, while the second and third positions were grabbed by Jabez Motor Corp. and Motorplaza, Inc respectively. As an additional incentive, the winning service technician and service adviser will also be rewarded with a chance to represent the Philippines in the Global level contest of Mitsubishi in Tokyo.
