Could this be the 2020 BMW 7 Series?
MANILA: Auto industry, internet, and leaks. What a lovely combo it is, right? We all have been waiting for the newest edition of the BMW 7 Series sedan for some time now. A number of leaks in recent times have only given rise to the excitement and the wait seems to end soon as well. In the latest leak, a couple of images have been seen floating on the internet. The images bring with them a possible glimpse of what the newest BMW 7 Series is going to look like.
These new images follow the earlier Instagram leak and seem to be the official images that were supposed to be a part of the press release. Going by the images, the sedan looks a lot different than the ongoing 7 Series. The facelift is also reminiscent of the X7 in its newest form. The front fascia of the car includes a pair of slimmer LED matrix headlamps flanking the trademark dual-kidney shaped grille. The front bumper gets its share of revision and looks a lot sportier than before. A set of bigger air intakes can also be seen housing in the front bumper.
Moving to the rear of the 7 Series, we see a pair of slimmer than before taillights and a not heavily tweaked rear bumper. Apart from these two changes, the rest of the rear is not tweaked much. Looking from the sides, there appears a newly extended trim at the bottom of the doors which also sits a lot more upright than before. As matter of fact, this trim is called the “hockey stick” by the BMW fanboys. All set to step on the podium by the next week, the BMW 7 Series might just be making its debut at the 2019 North American International Auto Show. Are you excited? We bet you surely are, just like us.
