Foton Philippines launched EC Genuine parts program for vehicle owners

MANILA: In a move to strengthen its parts distribution network, United Asia Automotive Group Incorporation (UAAGI), the exclusive distributor of photon vehicles in the Philippines launched Foton Easy and Convenient (EC) Genuine Parts program for its customers. Be it passenger vehicle owners or light duty truck owners, everyone can now order genuine parts through this program. This is a big step by the Chinese manufacturer towards improving its after sales service and customer service.

Foton vehicle owners can reach the EC Parts hotline by simply dialing 0999-999-9996. An EC representative will attend the call and will answer all the queries with regards to the availability and prices of the required parts. That’s not it. The representative will also help customers in locating the nearest Foton dealership from where they can collect the parts as and when available.

Maria, Vice President of the spare parts division of Foton Philippines said: “Because of the incessantly growing number of Foton vehicles in the country, we are taking our customer service to the next level by facilitating a program where we could give all FOTON vehicle owners exceptional value and total convenience in parts supplement”.

Foton is looking to take full advantage of the growing commercial vehicle market in the Philippines and is on an expansion spree. The company recently opened its 24th dealership in the country which is a 1,300 square meter facility featuring a showroom for both passenger vehicles as well as light duty trucks.
