Isuzu PH: Dealership closure will not affect nationwide network
MANILA: Following the closure of the Isuzu Greenhills facility in San Juan City last June 2, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) released a short media release.
First it said the closure was due to "various reasons," and that the company "expresses utmost appreciation to the dealership for being part of its dealer network since 2009, more importantly for providing excellent sales and aftersales service to its clients."
The company further declared that "this closure will not affect its nationwide network of 44 dealers." IPC also announced plans to open additional showrooms in "other strategic locations," and vowed to be a "responsible partner" especially during this challenging time.
The Yuchengco-owned House of Investments, Inc., had earlier announced to the Philippine Stock Exchange that it would shutter the Isuzu dealership, in addition to four Honda facilities (Honda Fairview, Honda Marikina, Honda Marcos Highway, and Honda Kalookan).
IPC said that displaced customers of Isuzu Greenhills may proceed to the nearest Isuzu dealership instead. For concerns, they may e-mail customer-relations@isuzuphil.com. Off-site servicing is available via Mobile Medic services available nationwide.
