Jetour Auto PH introduces T2 Lightning i-DM 4x4; priced at P2.688M

MANILA: Aside from being an avenue to make vehicles under the UAAGI Auto Group more attainable, the recent UAAGI On The Move (UOTM) served as a launch pad for the Jetour T2 Lightning i-DM 4x4.

During the opening of the four-day event, Jetour Auto Philippines Incorporated (JAPI) Managing Director Miguelito Jose surprised everyone with the announcement that the latest variant of the local T2 lineup has arrived in the country—with the reservation books opened that day.

 

The company, which is under United Asia Automotive Group Incorporated (UAAGI), displayed the vehicle at the Fashion Hall of SM Megamall the following day.

Here’s what the Jetour T2 Lightning i-DM 4x4 offers to its local customers.

Vehicle specifications

In a statement, the company noted that its latest offering combines electrified offering with the offroad capabilities of 4x4 drivetrain. Such a powertrain combination gives a combined churn of: allows it to dish out:

Maximum output (in horsepower)	600
Peak torque (in Newton meters)	915

Additionally, the model can reportedly cover 1,200 kilometers of range.

At the display area, the model was seen wearing a roof rack that matches that ladder and the blacked-out wheels that sport a familiar design.

Priced at P2.688 million, units of the Jetour T2 Lightning i-DM 4x4 are scheduled to be delivered within the month.

“The arrival of the T2 Lightning i-DM 4x4 further strengthens Jetour Philippines' commitment to offering Filipino motorists more choices in electrified mobility without compromising the capability, versatility, and driving performance expected from an SUV,” the firm noted.

EZ Charge preview

Complementing the unveiling of the Jetour T2’s newest option is the upcoming EZ Charge, a new brand of electric charging solutions powered by UAAGI Mobility.

Previewed at the venue, UAAGI shared that the modern chargers will be paired with its growing portfolio of electrified models in the country. Details about the new product will be shared soon.
