Lexus PH outlines safety measures as dealership opens

MANILA: The Lexus facility in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) is ready to welcome its customers and guests, especially those who have moved their appointments to later dates, following the transition of Metro Manila to the general community quarantine (GCQ). In line with this, the luxury auto brand has rolled out precautionary measures for those who will be visiting the facility, making the safety and customers the top priority.

All employees and guests are required to wear face masks within the premises of the dealership. Body temperature scanning will be done at the entrance of the offices, service bays, and showroom. Alcohol dispensers and hand sanitizers are also placed at the releasing bays, waiting areas, and the showroom.

A one-meter social distancing measure will be strictly implemented when customers and workers are inside the dealership. The service staff of the dealership shall regularly disinfect the test-drive vehicles, displays, and showroom as well.

Lexus will also be having streamlined operations. Adjustments will be made on the showroom hours, and the schedule of services will be from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. from Mondays to Saturdays and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. during Sundays.
