The Ranger comes with the typical old school American muscle, with blocky design for the pickup truck appealing to all those who want their vehicle to look intimidating and rough and tough.

This pickup truck from Ford has been equipped with a number of features which are already present in its SUV counterpart, the Ford Everest.
