I had the privilege to take the BMW 3 Series PHEV out for a test drive early this month, and here are my initial thoughts its plug-in hybrid powertrain is very peppy yet efficient, resulting in lower running costs than many ICE-powered luxury cars in its segment; it looks and feels luxurious inside and out; and it offers great driving engagement out on the open road. All things considered, this luxury sedan balances both driving enjoyment and everyday city usability. The BMW 3 Series Sedan PHEV is well-designed for modern driving. I would not be surprised if we will see more of this on the road moving forward.
