The truck is not bad, nor did we expect it to be, but the brand has not been very good to us, which makes us not want to work with them anymore. The Shacman Dump Truck has a good engine I’ll give you that. But the after-sales service from the dealership and brand in general have been pretty bad. We needed some spare parts for a repair of this truck and the dealership said we don’t have the parts and will take a long time to get them. The cost of conveyance would have to be borne by us. When we wrote to the brand themselves, we never heard back, despite many followups. These things made us not want to work with Shacman anymore.
