Great truck, but disappointed with the brand support

The Captain D9 has been a good truck for our company as it has helped us take our supply chain to the next level. Reducing our transit time has allowed us to improve our profits and supply more of our products to relevant markets. We have nothing but good things to say about this truck and we would recommend it to others as well. However, if you are planning to buy this model or any other from Dongfeng, make sure you also hire a team of mechanics as a part of our team. We didn’t get much assistance from the dealership after sale was completed. We also didn’t get help getting replacement parts and had to rely on secondary markets to get them.
