BSB Junrose now part of Michelin PH tire distributor network

MANILA: BSB Junrose is now part of Michelin’s growing network in the Philippines.

Added as one of the marque’s newest importer-distributors in the Philippines, the multi-brand firm has been appointed as Michelin’s commercial tire distributor—ready to bring the marque’s products to industrial and fleet operators locally. 

Following the appointment, BSB Junrose forms part of Michelin’s expansion plans aimed at creating more specialized channels for different vehicle and industrial applications.

The Michelin commercial tire range available through the new distributor will initially focus on specific vehicle applications in the Philippine market.

“BSB Junrose is strengthening its role in commercial mobility by supporting fleet operators in selected critical areas that contribute to vehicle reliability, uptime and operational efficiency,” BSB Junrose President Ian Bangayan said.

 “The addition of Michelin commercial tires expands that capability into another essential area of fleet operations,” he added. 

Further, the company noted that the inclusion of a new tire category in its portfolio complements its commercial-vehicle business line. 

To note, the following brands are already under BSB Junrose’s product line:

• Brembo braking systems
• Jtekt bearings
• Furukuwa battery
• 555 Suspension
• Liqui Moly lubricants
• Bosch vehicle components 

Further, BSB Junrose said that the collaboration with Michelin “strengthens its ability to support businesses that depend on reliable vehicle operations while helping its newly-tapped partner reach commercial segments as the country’s mobility and logistics requirements continue to grow.

“Commercial vehicles earn their keep on the road,” Bangayan said. “Our goal is to support fleet operators in the critical areas where the right product and the right guidance can help protect reliability and uptime.”

Earlier, Michelin Philippines noted that the expansion of its distributor network represents the company’s long-term investment in the local market.
