The aforementioned was shared by the Cavitex Infrastructure Corporation (CIC), the private concessionaire of said expressway.

Notably, the new Cavitex section currently features a two-lane configuration in each direction. It is, however, slated to be upgraded to a full six-lane highway with a 2x2 service road, once CIC finishes up some “remaining right-of-way concerns.”
Even then, the Cavitex C5 Link Segment 3B, according to CIC, is already helping local businesses to maximize their fleets to their fullest potential. Specifically, the said road is touted as capable of reducing time wasted sitting idle in traffic.

The Cavitex C5 Link Segment 3B, however, is a joint venture between the CIC and the Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA), which is operated by the PEA Tollway Corporation (PEATC).
For the unaware, the PEATC oversees several sections of Cavitex, the R1 Expressway, and the C5 South Link. The CIC remains the private concessionaire of Cavitex, but the highway is operated in a public-private partnership model between the two corporations.
