Hino Pasig and Balintawak upgrade services and facilities
MANILA: To further promote the “Total Support” promise of Hino Motors Philippines (HMP), the exclusive distributor of Hino buses and trucks in the country, the company announced that its Pasig and Balintawak dealership facilities — and their overall services — are being enhanced.
The dealership upgrades aim to continuously provide highly dependable services and products to customers and to address the increasing demand for transportation modes during the new normal.
The renovated Balintawak showroom is on #5 EDSA, Brgy. 95 East Grace Park, Caloocan City 1403. This is conveniently accessible to commuters and motorists passing through the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX).
The area is also practical for those who planning to travel to Baguio and other neighboring northern provinces through the newly completed Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEx), as soon as travel is safe and permitted locally.
Moreover, the Balintawak showroom includes the Full Line 3S of Hino, which is complete with after-sales services, sales, and spare parts. This ensures convenient and smooth access for customers.
The showroom also contains the heavy-, medium-, and light-duty truck lineup of Hino from the 300, 500, and 700 series.
Meanwhile, to allow more customers to access the 3S offerings of Hino, Hino Pasig transferred to #80 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue (C5), Brgy. Ugong Norte, Quezon City, which is a few kilometers away from the previous location at #100 E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue.
The Pasig dealer outlet is situated in a 4,940-square-meter property, offering a larger space for heavy-, medium-, and light-duty trucks, and the big, midi, and mini buses that are being showcased.
The branch was also acknowledged as the company’s 2017 Dealer of the Year owing to its advanced and aggressive sales programs, and smooth, dynamic, stable, and continuous business operations.
The relocation of the Pasig dealership and the renovation of the Balintawak showroom coincide with Hino’s Dealership Total Support Standardization program, which not just reinforces the company’s 45-year presence in the country, but also guarantees constant high-quality services in all Hino dealer outlets nationwide.
HMP President Mitsuharu Tabata said, “As a company dedicated to contributing to local communities where we do business, HMP stands by its promise, in full support of our dealer-initiated movements, in providing more accessible products and quality services to our customers, considering how crucial a seamless transport of people and goods is these days. Our Total Support promise also led us to provide free shuttle rides to medical frontliners and other commuters as well as in launching an online shop through our official website for a safer platform for use by Filipinos across the country.”
Hino assures its employees and customers that their safety and health are highly prioritized.
Thus, all Hino showrooms and dealerships need to comply with the Department of Health (DOH)-mandated safety and health protocols.
Frequent sanitation, wearing of face masks, and temperature checking are stringently observed to be able to maintain a clean and safe environment. In addition, a limited number of customers are permitted to go to the showrooms and dealerships at a certain period in compliance with the social distancing guideline.
