The Jeep Gladiator looks very much like a Wrangler with a pickup bed. Driving the Gladiator on road isn’t as punishing as its off-road capability may suggest. The wheelbase is very long and is supported by a new set of shock absorbers at both ends. The ride quality is surprisingly quiet and compliant. Under off-road conditions like mud and rocks, the Gladiator manages to retain most of its ride quality. All seats are comfortable. But don’t expect an SUV-like feeling. The Gladiator is build to perform as a workhorse. And it does that with great authority. Spare parts are readily available.
