Truck distributor enjoys 8% growth with nearly 1.5K-unit retail performance
MANILA: Sojitz Fuso Philippines Corporation (SFP) sat in third place of the Truck Manufacturers Association’s (TMA) power rankings for calendar year 2025.

The retail performance reflected an eight-percent jump versus the 1,361 examples rolled out in the same period in 2024.
Upon checking the joint report from the TMA and Chamber of Automotive Manufacturers of the Philippines, Incorporated, SFP was a consistent fourth place finisher in the light-, medium, and heavy-duty truck categories. Here is the company’s performance per segment:

Leading the SFP’s retail output was the Canter light-duty truck line.
Aside from that, SFP also attributed its strong execution to the extensive dealer network situated at key locations within the archipelago. “This presence enhances accessibility, strengthens sales capabilities, and ensures continuous after-sales services,” the company claimed.
SFP President and Chief Executive Officer Yosuke Nishi expressed pride over the feat that the company achieved in 2025.
