Discount vouchers should be presented when making a purchase, together with the reservation fee, filled-out forms (reservation form and buyer’s information sheet), and valid ID. Discount voucher can only be used on the designated units. They are not cumulative thus cannot be used jointly in one unit. Discount vouchers are not convertible to cash, can neither be used as down payment for auto loan financing nor as payment for reservation fee. Discount vouchers are valid until March 31, 2022. Sale is on an “as is where is” basis. The buyer confirms that he/she gas inspected the vehicle and accepts the condition (exterior, interior, mechanical, and electrical) it is in prior to the submission of offers. Buyers are required to pay a reservation fee of P10,000 at any branch of Sterling Bank of Asia (SBA or the “Bank”) and to submit a copy of the discount voucher, a duly accomplished and sign Reservation form (1 for each unit). The winning buyer’s reservation fee will be forfeited it full payment is not received by the Bank within two (2) working days form the time the buyer is notified that he/she may purchase the vehicle. Buyer’s must email a fully filled-out and signed reservation form, together with a copy of the reservation fee acknowledgement receipt and discount voucher, anytime from 9:00am to 2:00pm during the promo period

Day 2 onward – Acquired Assets Department will accept offers via walk-in, email, or call subject to confirmation of availability from 9:00am to 5:30pm until March 31, 2022. In case two (2) or more buyers choose to buy the same unit, the buyer who first emailed or advised Acquired Assets Department shall be awarded the vehicle. Buyers are also required to submit or email the completely filled-out and signed Buyer’s Information Sheet and valid IDs. Payment options – buyers may pay in cash or check The vehicles shall be released to the buyers only after confirmation by the Ban Buyers who wish to apply for financing with the Bank should submit the requirements for an auto loan. However, employees may avail themselves of financing for one (1) unit only. The same rule of “first email, first served” basis will apply on day 1. When applicable, all taxes (e.g. Documentary Stamp Taxes, Value Added Tax, Transfer Tax) and expenses in the preparation of Dee of Sale and other relevant documents; and in connection with the cancellation of the unit’s previous ownership and the corresponding transfer and renewal of registration in favor of the winning buyer and other fees shall be for the account of the winning buyer The Bank may pull out any vehicle from the list as it deems necessary. Inadvertent and excusable errors in the condition and description of the vehicles shall not be deemed as misrepresentation on the part of the Bank The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all reservations, to waive any formalities and to accept the offer most advantageous to the Bank. The decision of the Bank on this matter shall be final and binding.

PROMO MECHANICS: FREE GAS PROMO

This promotion is open to all successful buyers of secondhand vehicles under the Auto Loan Financing Plan. The auto loan application should be subsequently approved and booked anytime from November 2, 2021 to May 1, 2022 (“Promo Period”). Every approved auto loan transaction within the Promo Period will be entitled to a free Petron E-Fuel Card (“gas card”) with a gas reward depending on the loan amount. The minimum amount financed should be Php200,000. The Buyer will receive the gas card upon pick-up of his loaned vehicle from the Bank’s warehouse. The gas card may be redeemed until June 30, 2022. The gas card is not convertible to cash but transferrable. All auto loan applications meeting the initial requirements of the Promotion shall undergo the standard evaluation and approval process of the Bank, which shall require the submission of complete loan documents.
