The launch of the Omoda 5 will mark the Chinese brand’s entry into the Philippines market. Omoda Philippines introduced itself to the Philippine media at a recent virtual press conference. The first product will be the Omoda 5, which is a compact crossover powered by a 1.5-litre turbopetrol or a 1.6-litre turbopetrol engine. It will probably come with a very competitive pricing starting at an SRP below Php 1.5 million. This might also be followed by the launch of the Omoda 7 and the Omoda 3.
