If you're on the lookout for a mid-engined supercar with usable drive and added wind-in-the-hair action, you can definitely buy the Audi R8 Spyder. Its folding fabric roof can be operated electrically and raised and dropped in under twenty seconds. Unlike some convertibles that get wobbly after removing the fixed roof, the Spyder is always rigid. Even at low revs, it cruises very quietly. With the Spyder, you can have a smooth ride even on the roughest roads. Its mighty V10 engine makes it ferociously quick. But it is not as thrilling to drive as the other sports cars.
