The coupe variant is certainly better than the standard 4 Series. I have driven both versions and the braking power and cornering grip of the Coupe is superb. The ride quality is like all BMWs, smooth and relaxed. There are multiple driving modes. While driving on the track you can switch to the Sport+ mode for a more spirited performance. It negotiates turns with precision and just blasts down the straightway. There’s no feedback from the steering. The suspension is great and there’s no body roll while cornering at high speeds. BMW has packed the car with several safety features.
