The Suzuki Raider R150 Carb measures 1,945 mm in length, 670 mm in width, 980 mm in overall height, and 764 mm in seat height. It has a 1,280 mm wheelbase and a 140 mm ground clearance.

The Suzuki Raider R150 Carb’s exterior design exudes a mix of youthfulness and sportiness. It still looks modern and appealing for today’s standards. The Suzuki Raider R150 Carb utilizes a suspension combination of a Telescope with Coil Spring at the front, while a Swing-Arm Type with a Coil Spring at the rear. Both front and rear suspensions are oil damped. Thanks to this suspension setup, you will be able to effortlessly maneuver this underbone motorcycle within the city. It is light and nimble, allowing you to effectively filter through traffic at low speeds. It also handles pretty well even on sharp turns or twisties. And, on top of this, it has decent absorption of bumps and other road imperfections. Overall, you and your pillion will be able to achieve a smooth, relaxing experience riding this bike.

The Suzuki Raider R150 Carb is powered by a 147.3 cc, 4-stroke, 1-cylinder, DOHC, 4-valve engine that has a maximum power output of 11.6 kW and a maximum torque of 12.5 Nm. It is paired with a 6-speed multi plate (manual) transmission gearbox. 

At first glance, its performance numbers might not look exciting, but it can actually deliver a decent pull off the line. In the city, it has enough power and torque to get you from point A to point B on time. And, despite having a carburetor type fuel system, this bike is still very efficient thanks to its Suzuki Advanced Cooling System. 

Hence, this would be a practical ride for your daily commute within Metro Manila. Its transmission system is also pretty responsive and smooth. Ultimately, this underbone motorcycle is designed for everyday urban use while retaining enough power and torque for quick bursts when needed.

In terms of safety, the Suzuki Raider R150 Carb comes with a key shutter that allows the rider to lock the ignition, ensuring that the bike is secured even when parked. It is also equipped with side reflectors, an engine check warning, and a pass switch. This underbone motorcycle utilizes discs for both front and rear braking. Although its braking setup is not supported by an anti-lock braking system or other advanced features, its stopping force is still pretty grippy and responsive even at high speeds.

The Suzuki Raider R150 still delivers a high value for money at the present time. It is practical for everyday use and reliable in the long run. In my opinion, it would become more competitive in the future if the brand gives it advanced features such as ABS and a digital instrument panel among others.
