While the YZF-R7 model from Yamaha dotes on several features present in the R series, its overall frame has a separate design concept. To uphold sportiness and agility, its frame features a compact design. Thanks to this, cutting through air like an eagle or taking sharp turns on high-speed ranges won’t be a hiccup. Coming to the front fascia, there is a low-sitting fairing which imparts an aggressive look to the bike. Also, the twin-eye-faced philosophy makes the model look more powerful at all speed ranges. 

The large LED front headlamp emits a strong and bright beam for widespread illumination. So, cruising the bike in low light or dark conditions won’t be a problem anymore. Its center base is made from aluminum along with several other components in the frame to reduce the overall weight and lend agility. Also, it is noted here that the handlebar, seat, and console are placed at appropriate distance to enhance the aerodynamic property of the model. 

The front portion of the bike YZF-R7 is supported with an upside down fork. Since the wider end of the suspension tube is connected to the frame, the model exhibits an exceptional level of rigidity. At the rear end, however, the bike comes with a swingarm suspension, featuring an adjustable spring load. This is why it can easily adjust the spring coefficient based on the top load of riders. To enhance the comfort level and provide an exceptional riding experience, the bike comes with larger wheels. These wheels have aluminum spokes to reduce weight and distribute rotational power equivalently. 

The YZF-R7 model is powered with a 680cc of DOHC engine. It comes with four cylinders to distribute displacement capacity equivalently and also for reducing the overall weight. Thanks to the liquid-cooling system, the mechanical components in the engine and transmission system are safe from thermal damage and overheating. The new and upgraded engine can deliver a maximum power output of 72 hp at 8750 rpm and torque of 67 Nm at 6500 rpm. So, it is evident that these output deliverables are amazing when the super sports bike category is considered. 

The 4-in-1 exhaust is powerful enough to reduce the throttling sound, especially when riders cruise along at top speed range. It is to note here that the 13 L of fuel tank has sufficient capacity to supply fuel to the engine for long journeys. Also, the fuel economy is improved further to ensure the design philosophy is at par with Euro emission standards. The manual transmission system comes with 6-speed configuration, which is why changing the speed won’t be an issue anymore. 

Reinforced with dual brakes on both ends, the YZF-R7 model from Yamaha sports an excellent on-road safety. Owing to this, applying brakes suddenly has become much easier since the bike won’t move any further. Besides, the brakes perform smoothly, regardless of the speed at which a rider controls the bike. So, it won’t topple over when sudden braking is done from higher speed range. One of the best security features in the bike is the ABS. It prevents the wheels from locking at medium and top speed ranges, thereby offering a smooth movement. The side reflectors present in the model are meant to let others know about its presence, especially in low light or dark conditions. 

The YZF-R7 model is one of the best creations from R family. It not only boasts a lightweight frame but is also known for its immense power and torque deliverability. Apart from this, attaining the top speed is much easier, all thanks to the aerodynamic design profile of the model.
