HATASU conducts 'Careavan' initiatives

MANILA: HATASU Philippines has rolled out an educational public service initiative.

Designed to provide a full and satisfactory customer journey (from presales-to-aftersales), the company has conducted the initial legs of the HATASU Careavan.

The latest program is an offline event touching base in different cities and provinces. Under it are ebike education talks such as a safety riding program in coordination with the local government unit and a HATASU ebike 101 to introduce and demonstrate the different available HATASU ebike models and their functions.

Existing ebike users can also have their units checked or repaired while prospective buyers can acquire their targeted model through sales representatives and installment partners that are present to assist them with their inquiries.

Last March, the company held the first-ever leg of the HATASU Careavan. The event, made in partnership with K-Servico, was held for three days. The second leg was done last April 12-13 at Bajada, Davao in partnership with EMCOR.

“At HATASU, we want to do our part in ensuring proper road guidelines and etiquette are in place hence we are rolling out the HATASU Careavan campaign to empower our existing and potential customers with the proper ebike education as well as provide them an avenue to access our products and have them regularly checked,” HATASU Philippines Chief Operating Officer Austine Huang was quoted as saying.

In a statement, the company reiterated its mission to provide a 360-degree customer journey through addressing the riding needs and pain points of clients (whom they call “HATASUKIs”).
