2023 Radical SR10 XXR enhances SR10's performance

MANILA: The largest race car manufacturer in the UK, Radical Motorsport, has stated that it has modified its well-liked SR10 to SR10 XXR configuration. The release of the 2023 Radical SR10 XXR coincides with that of the most recent model, the SR3 XXR, and unites the company's two most well-liked race cars under the XXR moniker.

Radical Motorsport has placed over 100 SR10s with customers since the model's inception in 2020, with orders from consumers in the United States accounting for 70% of all purchases, proving to be the motorsport country club and track day car of choice. Radical Motorsport modified the SR10 to its new SR10 XXR form to support its popularity and racing reputation.

Radical Motorsport has a global dealer network that operates through more than 30 dealers in more than 20 countries, and customers can acquire the upgraded SR10 XXR through this network right now. Spring 2023 will see the start of production.

A few months after the SR3 XXR was released, Radical Performance Engines' famed, long-lasting 425 horsepower turbocharged 2.3-liter unit was combined with the SR10 to create the SR10 XXR. The redesigned front louvres on the SR3 XXR are what stand out the most; they were designed for greater aerodynamics at high speeds, decreased understeer, and increased cooling effectiveness.

Creating enhanced stability through corners and at speed, the SR10 XXR is also fitted with the popular LMP-inspired ‘central fin’ feature from the SR3 XXR, alongside new lightweight alloy wheels and high-intensity front DRL light clusters; all as standard. For drivers looking for even more weight reduction, a brand-new carbon splitter and diffuser package is available as a cost option.

Many of the new 2023 Radical SR10 XXR improvements will be made available to current SR10 owners as part of a new "XXR Evolution Pack" in response to consumer feedback. This will incorporate the upgraded front aerodynamics of the XXR, the updated wheel design, increased cooling, reworked set-up, and the optional carbon fiber bodywork elements.

Both the SR10 XXR and SR10 models with the "XXR Evolution Pack" will still be allowed to compete in the "Platinum" divisions of international Radical Cup competitions.
