Motorists can now use one RFID for Luzon tollways
Program aimed to make tollroad travel more convenient
MANILA: The Department of Transportation (DOTr) has launched the “One RFID, All Tollways” program. Effective today, motorists can enjoy seamless use of the country’s major expressways without having to use multiple Radio Frequency Identifications (RFID).

Per the local transport bureau, here are the steps required to enroll in the program:

RFID users must register online by visiting the website of their chosen service provider.
Remove extra sticker
After choosing their desired RFID provider, vehicle owners must proceed to their service center to have the extra sticker removed.
To note, new clients without any existing RFID stickers or those with only one existing sticker may skip this step.
Load up
They can reload their accounts and use them in all Luzon tollways.
Things to prepare:
- Sales invoice (for cars bought brand-new)
- Deed of sale (for pre-owned cars)
- Valid driver’s license
- Original receipt, certificate of registration
Photo from Ruben Manahan IVAccording to Easytrip, the enrollment process will take only 30 minutes. Program enrollees are encouraged to prepare a valid email address so they will receive the confirmation email without problems.
On the other hand, those with new vehicles can get an RFID sticker that is pre-enrolled to the “One RFID, All Tollways” program. They only need to select the “Interoperability Enrollment” option when setting up their online appointment and RFID registration.
