Brand set to showcase two STI concepts
MANILA: Subaru Corporation will be unveiling two Subaru Tecnica International (STI) concept cars at the upcoming Japan Mobility Show (JMS) 2025.

The Performance-B STI concept, meanwhile, represents the brand’s future entry into the “performance scene.” As the manufacturer indicated, it will showcase the knowledge its engineers have accrued over the years, creating an all-wheel-drive vehicle that is said to continue to offer its customers “the chance to experience the joy of driving.”

Other Subaru JMS 2025 displays
Besides the two concept cars, Subaru Corporation will also display three prototypes and one high-performance one-off build at JMS 2025.

As Subaru explained, the Trailseeker is the prototype for its second-ever BEV production model, and it is designed as a smooth and precise electric vehicle with the capability of going on outdoor adventures.
The Forester and Outback Wilderness prototypes, on the other hand, are upcoming versions of the two nameplates dressed up with chunkier front and rear bumpers, larger wheel arches, and variant-specific lighting fixtures. The two are touted to be the most off-road capable versions of the Forester and Outback, respectively.

It initially debuted on Hoonigan’s “Gymkhana 2022,” and was piloted by Travis Pastrana. The aforementioned represents Subaru’s deep involvement in modern car culture through the utilization of the latest technologies on a timeless platform such as the GL Wagon.
