PH oil price hike to continue this week
Oil players in the Philippines will continue to raise the prices of products at the pump this week — continuing the trend seen since last month.
Based on their respective advisories, Cleanfuel, Seaoil, Petron, and Unioil shall jack up the price of gasoline by P0.20 per liter and diesel by P0.40 per liter.
In addition, those who offer kerosene shall raise its pump pricing by P0.20 per liter.
Other firms are expected to follow suit.
The movement in pricing will take effect as early as 12:01 a.m. on some companies.
The aforementioned oil firms will implement retail price hikes compared to the adjustments last week as the retail price of diesel that time went up by P1.20 per liter, gasoline products by P0.50 per liter, and kerosene by P1.10 per liter.
