I love sporty small cars as they offer much-needed driving enjoyment and are easy to drive in the most constricted spaces. I purchased the Abarth 500 e with the same expectations, but it has failed to impress me. It has been with me for the last year, and I do not find it appealing in any way. It has a terrible range and feels annoying at times. With an unruly power delivery and bouncy suspension, the Abarth 500 e is difficult to control. The power level is modest, so even in a straight line, the 500 e doesn’t seem to be hugely fast.
