After being discontinued in 1992, Mulsanne was reintroduced by Bentley in the year 2010. This time is an all new avatar that was the result of Bentley's day-night research, aimed at making a never seen before design language, aesthetics, and features. So, the output was a car that was not only good at performance but was also capable of leaving a lasting impression on its admirers.
The reincarnated Mulsanne now comes with a retuned 6.75-liter engine that is set to deliver a 13% hike in efficiency. As for the power and torque figures, Mulsanne delivers a maximum power of 512 PS @ 4200 rpm with a peak torque of 1020 Nm @ 1750 rpm. On the other hand, its sibling the Mulsanne Speed pumps out better figures with the same power mill, 537PS and 1100 Nm to be precise.
On the inside, Mulsanne continuous to  maintain Bentley's legacy of class and style. One can find it crafted with fine quality hand detailed leather and some best-in-class advanced technologies. Safety is taken care by all around airbags, ESP, TCS, tire pressure monitoring system and Hill Start Assist.

Interior & Features

Mulsanne is as attractive inside as it is outside, the car never runs out of style and plush. Each millimeter of the new Mulsanne is blessed with Bentley traditional craftsmanship that is uniquely blended with advanced technologies. The result comes out be a royal, classy and highly sumptuous cabin space. Starting from the dashboard that comes wrapped with thick leather and holds a large infotainment system, assisting both in navigation and rear view.
Mulsanne is also blessed with electrically adjustable seats that are accompanied by head resistant height adjustment system along with lumbar adjustment. The car also carries a bottle cooler and LED illumination between the two rear seats that is bestowed with 3 handmade champagne flutes.

Bentley's re-designed Mulsanne is a true piece of artwork, right from its front profile where it is integrated with large matrix grille and large round headlamps to its attractive side and rear profile. All looks so captivating and exquisite that you are never out of interest once you saw a Mulsanne. The dark color tones accompanying it further enhances its strong contour lines and bold features.
All these attributes are a result of its overall gigantic body dimensions. The car measures 5575 mm long, 1926 mm wide and 1521 mm tall. As for the wheelbase, the car measures 3266 mm, ensuring ample legroom and cabin area for the occupants.

Engine & Fuel Consumption

Under its masculine hood lies a re-engineered 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V8 mill that comes paired to a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission. All these specifications hint towards an effortless ride and great performance figures, with a maximum power of  512 PS  @ 4200 rpm along with a peak torque of 1020 Nm @ 1750 rpm. If these number fail to impress than its the sport variant the should look for, as the same churns out a maximum power of 530 hp  4200 rpm along with maximum torque of 1100 Nm @ 1750 rpm.
Mulsanne looks don't really tally with its capabilities as the car can move from a notch mark to 100 km in a mere time span of 5.1 seconds with a top speed of 296km/h.

Braking Safety

Safety and security features are never a miss in a Bentley and so is the case with Mulsanne. The car is made up of heat formed armor steel making its body rigid and ensuring minimum damage at the time of a collision. To its long safety list are included, front, side and curtain airbags, Hill Side Assist, ESC Premium safety system, front and rear seatbelts, tire pressure monitoring system and Traction Control System.

The new Mulsanne looks classic and comes with a luxurious cabin space. As per performance, no one even comes near it, but at the same time, it's Mulsanne price tag that disappoints many.
