A budget-friendly entry into plug-in hybrid technology
The BYD Sealion 6 can no way compete with Tesla. It doesn’t offer a dynamic driving experience and the software interface is also average. The smart key system performs inconsistently causing lots of inconveniences to the owners. The fast charging capability is around 18kW DC, which is not the fastest, but I appreciate its consistency. While improvement can be made in some areas, this vehicle’s overall packaging seems to hit the mark for those looking for a budget-friendly entry into plug-in hybrid technology.
