I was initially hesitant on whether to buy a China-made car and that too an SUV. But after driving one of my colleague’s Toplander, I decided that this was the SUV I wanted. I was tired of travelling in a compact hatchback with limited leg space and wanted to shift to a bigger car. The Foton Toplander has fulfilled my expectations. There’s immense space for the first and second rows. Even the third row offers comfortable travelling. The 2.8-liter diesel engine is a powerful unit, making the Toplander a great car for long highway travelling.
