The materials could not get any better in terms of quality and the sears have AdaptiPedic foam for ultimate comfort. The dash comes in a reinvented design, meter cluster and steering wheel. The seats can be fully reclined with an incredible amount of legroom and the plush and large seats are separated by a decorated panel in between. 

The luxury MPV features an imposing look with a heavyweight body and a ginormous version of Lexus’ characteristic spindle grille. The grille is flanked by a pair of slim triple beam projector LED headlights with signature arrow-shaped DRLs and sequential indicators. 

Add to that, the L-shaped chrome accents at the corners of the bumper, and you get the perfect “Luxury Mover” appearance. The connected L-shaped tail lamps add a distinct character to the car along with sophisticated styling elements throughout the car including the powered sliding doors with a double-arrowhead motif finished in chrome. The chrome detailing at the rear end and tail bumpers add the perfect look to the vehicle from all ends. 

The most noticeable thing about the LM’s driving experience is the exceptional quietness inside the cabin and the seriously impressive capabilities of the engine when pushing down the throttle. Lexus focused on noise reduction and superior comfort and added features like sandwich steel plates, along with the aerodynamic wind noise reduction body for the MPV. 

Comfort is exceptional with plenty of vibration control and soundproofing measures in the car. The McPherson Strut suspension further adds to a smooth and enjoyable ride along with the 18-inch noise-reducing alloy rims. 

The Lexus LM is powered by a 2GR-FKS engine that is actually adopted from Toyota. The 3.5L naturally aspirated V6 engine can produce a maximum power of 296 hp and 361 Nm of peak torque. Paired to a Direct Shift eight-speed automatic transmission, the car offers an exceptional driving experience that is enjoyable, smooth and the power is pretty ample for a muscular car like the LM. The car gets a front-wheel-drive system and not AWD. 

The estimated mileage can be somewhere around 15 kmpl and the fuel economy is enhanced by the efficiency of the transmission system which also makes for great acceleration with higher ratios as well as lower engine speeds which make it a joy to drive on the highways. The 75-litre fuel tank makes for a white considerable drive range as well.

As far as braking goes, the brakes of the new luxury MPV from Lexus is pretty effective, offering considerable stopping power to the car. The Lexus LM is definitely the most luxurious MPV and although it may appear to be a very expensive Toyota Alphard, it is much more than a regular family MPV offering a perfect blend of sophistication, comfort and ultimate luxury.
