The design of the new Tuono 1100 V4 Factory strikes a perfect balance between “street-naked” and “track-sport.” The styling of the Tuono V4 features an innovative double fairing concept which is adopted from the new RS660. Although the fairing surface area has been reduced and the fairing features new triple LED headlights with DRLs along with a 'cornering light' function.
The design is based on the RSV4, and the bike gets refined ergonomics, with a newly-designed fuel tank and tail fairing shape that makes for greater space and enhanced comfort of riding. The new chassis comes with a new aluminium swingarm which is acclaimed for its functionality and the overall feel and experience it offers. It enables a lower reinforcement brace and reduces the weight slightly, but the Tuono 1100 V4 is still pretty heavy.

The swingarm has significantly improved rear-end stability under acceleration, and with reduced weight, the bike definitely feels even more agile and easy to control. The electronic control devices are functional and intuitive and the new Marelli 11MP ECU and the six-axis inertial platform offer a more enhanced riding experience. The ride-by-wire electronic throttle control, and refined APRC functionality makes for smooth, comfortable and enjoyable rides. And to top it all off, the new Öhlins Smart EC 2.0 semi-active suspension setup is simply outstanding, be it on for street riding or be it the tracks.
The Tuono V4 Factory is the only naked sports bike to feature the specially engineered 65° V4 1077cc engine. The engine is simply exceptional in terms of performance and power delivery making 201 hp of power and 115 Nm of torque. The chassis and electronic control package strikes the perfect balance with the engine and offers outstanding acceleration and great precision, making the bike a winner in the hyper-naked category.
The engine is Euro 5 compliant and the new exhaust system produces a sound and character that is absolutely lovable for the enthusiasts. The engine is paired to a 6-speed manual transmission system which is smooth and efficient.
As far as safety goes, the majority of it is taken care of by the Aprilia Performance Ride Control (APRC) system which comes with traction control, wheelie control, launch control, cruise control, and speed limiter.
