In terms of dimensions, the Bajaj Pulsar N125 measures 1,965 mm in length, 740 mm in width, 1,100 mm in overall height, and 795 mm in seat height. This naked streetfighter also has a wheelbase of 1,290 mm and a ground clearance of 198 mm.

The Pulsar N125 might be the smallest bike in its lineup, but it still carries a similar level of swag and confidence to its bigger-displacement siblings. It features a sharp fascia illuminated by an imposing LED headlight assembly. It also comes with bulb-type signal lights for increased visibility, especially at night. Additionally, its side fenders add more sportiness and aggressiveness to its overall demeanor.

Upfront, the rider gets a full-digital instrument panel that displays the odometer, speedometer, tripmeter, fuel gauge, gear indicator, and engine check warning, among others. It also supports Bluetooth connectivity. This naked streetfighter also comes with a USB charging port for your gadget. Its split-type seat offers good cushioning and support for both the rider and the pillion, even on longer rides. This naked streetfighter feels light and very nimble, making it easy to maneuver through tight traffic and narrow streets. It handles sharp turns and corners with confidence and precision. And, on top of this, it offers impressive traction and stability on wet roads. 

One of its main downsides, however, is its suspension’s firm/stiff ride quality. That said, it would be best to pass through roads with large bumps and deep potholes with extra precaution. Still, the Pulsar N125 can deliver a supple and very satisfying riding experience for both the rider and the pillion.

The Bajaj Pulsar N125 is powered by a 124.6-cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that delivers a maximum power output of 12 PS and a maximum torque output of 11 Nm. This naked streetfighter comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission gearbox.

On paper, its maximum output might not induce excitement, especially to those who value performance, but it is actually quite peppy and smooth. It feels very punchy and can easily overtake slower vehicles, thanks to its excellent power-to-weight ratio. Its engine’s refinement at low speeds is also impressive for its asking price. And, most importantly, it boasts outstanding efficiency, even in constant stop-and-go traffic within Metro Manila. It is also worth noting that the Pulsar N125 comes with a stop and start system.

The Bajaj Pulsar N125 comes with a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear. This naked streetfighter is equipped with an anti-skid braking system, which is designed to deliver precise and responsive stopping power.

The Bajaj Pulsar N125 is a well-rounded entry-level naked bike that not only delivers exciting performance on the open road but also offers comfort and practicality for everyday city use. That said, I believe that it deserves more attention from local consumers.
