I test rode both the Kymco Xciting S 400i and the Kymco Xciting 300i before finally buying the former. While the S 400i is certainly more expensive than the 300i, not only its engine seemed more refined to me but also the quality of the materials used looked more superior than the 300i. And if you’re getting a better product even at a higher price, you should go for that. I have also got my Xciting S 400i serviced twice at the Kymco dealership and the experience was really good.
