2016 Jaguar F-Pace Revealed

MANILA: The British auto mogul, Jaguar has revealed the first official image of the all-new F-Pace crossover just ten days before its grand debut at 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show on September 15.

The released image is not a surprise to us as the production car closely resembled the C-X17 Concept which was unveiled two years ago at the same auto show. Described as “family sports car”, this is Jaguar's first ever compact SUV featuring swept back headlights, sharp character lines, roof-mounted spoiler, vented hood, red painted brake calipers, and wraparound taillights. Jaguar also mentioned that F-Pace features brand's lightweight aluminum architecture with class-leading interior space for five passengers and ultimate on-road dynamics. All these reflects that it is designed for people who love easy yet stylish driving.

Talking mechanical, the Jaguar F-Pace will feature electric power- assisted steering system, double wishbone front suspension, Integral Link rear suspension and F-Type derived technologies including Torque Vectoring system and torque-on-demand all-wheel-drive system which will ensure exceptional driving and handling of car.

Planned to be built at Jaguar's new manufacturing plant at Solihull, the F-Pace will be offered with range of engines like four-cylinder turbo-petrol and turbo-diesel plants. A performance version with sporting additions and group's familiar 250 kW 3.0-litre V6 is also expected.

To know more about the car we have to wait for Frankfurt Motor Show 2015 only. But, with F-Pace being third in the row to debut this year from Jaguar, besides XE and XF sedan, it can be said that this brand has huge business plans to mint money.
