2017 Fiat Argo revealed

MANILA: The hatchback lineup of the Italian manufacturer has been recently extended by the introduction of 2017 Fiat Argo. The new addition of the company features a more modern and aggressive styling which will definitely lure the ones who wish to have a sporty and powerful ride. The company has revealed the sporty HGT variant which possesses a body kit, attractive alloy wheels and red accents on the front as well as the rear bumper.

At the front, the 2017 Argo gets tapered headlights with daytime running lights along with matte black grille and foglights. Whereas, at the back, the C-shaped taillights accompanied with spoiler and diffuser aggrandize the sporty character of the hatchback in a significant manner. The blacked-out wheel lip moldings on the sides give 2017 Argo a crossover-like appearance. Further bringing it close to the said segment is its high roofline.

For the Brazilian market, the 2017 Fiat Argo is equipped with either a 1.0 or 1.3-litre Firefly engines which are also servicing the Uno. The smaller engine option delivers a maximum power output of 72 PS while the peak torque rest at 102 Nm. Whereas, the bigger unit churns out 101PS maximum power and 134 Nm peak torque. Transmission options include both manual and automatic. However, the automatic transmission will be paired with a 1.8-litre inline-four from Fiat’s E.torQ powertrain.
