GAC Motor PH opens Santa Rosa dealership

MANILA: GAC Motor (Guangzhou Automobile Group Company Limited) Philippines has opened its newest dealership in the country.

Inaugurated in partnership with Bermaz Auto Asia, the Astara-led distributor’s GAC Motor Santa Rosa is a 2,300 square-meter facility along Santa Rosa-Tagaytay Road at Pulong Santa Cruz in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

In a statement, GAC Motor Philippines noted that the facility at Auto Asia Building is a fully-equipped 3S (sales, spare parts, and service) facility that reflects the brand’s international showroom standards — guaranteed to provide a seamless experience for all customers.

“GAC Motor Philippines aims to maintain our strong momentum for growth with consecutive dealer openings this year, expanding our reach to Santa Rosa, Laguna. Through our new partnership with Bermaz Auto Asia, we are confident that we can bring the cutting-edge mobility solutions of GAC Motor to even more Filipinos this 2024," Astara Philippines-GAC Motor Philippines Brand Head Franz Decloedt was quoted as saying.

For his part, Bermaz Auto Asia Chief Executive Officer Dato Francis Lee expressed excitement over the newly-forged collaboration with GAC Motor Philippines. “With our commitment to excellent service, we are anticipating to empower our customers with the world-class vehicles of GAC Motor that complements and uplifts their lifestyles,” he said.

GAC Motor Sta. Rosa is one of the 26 outlets currently in operation, which brings the Chinese marque closer to its goal of having 38 dealerships by the end of 2024. Other new locations where GAC Motor dealerships have recently been put were those in General Santos City in Mindanao, Iloilo City in Western Visayas, Marilao in Bulacan, San Fernando in Pampanga, and Sumulong Highway in Cainta.

Further, the Chinese automaker’s distributor in the country revealed that more facilities are set to open within the year — particularly in Bacolod, Bonifacio Global City, Congressional Avenue, Fairview, Kawit, Mindanao Avenue, Sucat, Tacloban, Valenzuela City, and Zamboanga.

All dealerships will offer vehicles that are packaged with an after sales warranty for the first five years or 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first.
