These are the 2025 WWCOTY category winners

MANILA: The Women's Worldwide Car of the Year (WWCOTY) announced the winners of the organization’s eight categories (six automobiles and two car brands) — judged and selected by the world’s leading female motoring journalists. 

This year’s jury consists of 82 women motoring journalists from 55 countries on five continents.

Below are the said segments and the respective winners:

According to the institution, all winning vehicles and brands represent excellence in terms of safety, driving, technology, comfort, efficiency, environmental impact, value for money, and gender equality. 

“The work of the juries has not been easy because this year there have been more contenders than ever before. There are new brands and models with an ever-increasing quality,” WWCOTY President Marta García said. 

“No vote has been given at random. They have all been subjected to demanding test drives, detailed analysis, and demanding competitor studies. That's why the WWCOTY awards are a benchmark for millions of buyers around the world,” she added. 

The six winning automobiles will then go through the final round of judging to determine the winner of WWCOTY's top award. The Women's Worldwide Car of the Year winner will be announced on March 6, 2025 — two days before International Women’s Day.
