I’ve owned some of the best performance cars in the past, but many of them felt like compromises—too loud, too stiff, or too impractical. However, the Lotus Emira has genuinely surprised me. I have found its ride quality to be very compliant, the seating is comfortable, and the ergonomics of the cabin are more user-focused than Lotuses I had in the past. I use it without any complaint on a daily basis. Cushioned yet supportive, the seats cradle you into comfort during long drives. I’m glad to say that the Emira is not only exotic but livable.
