I had high expectations from the Mercedes-Benz S-Class but during the first month itself, this vehicle has left me very disappointed. The navigation system is the real reason for frustration. It is unable to locate certain zip codes and addresses, and the onboard owner's manual does not open altogether. Another loophole is with the folding mirrors that do not operate properly and when the doors are locked they fail to fold. Each time, the dealership has told us that these issues may be related to software issues. However, nothing has been done to resolve these issues.
