I've taken the Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV on multiple long-distance excursions, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. The comfy seats, which have an 8-way power adjustment and good thigh support, make long trips very enjoyable. While acceleration from 30 to 60 mph isn't the fastest, the paddle shifters of this vehicle provide superb control. I've discovered that driving in electric mode in the city and then switching on the highway to combustion works well. The regenerative suspension and braking are exceptional, resulting in a smooth ride.
