Nissan 370Z Review 2025
Abhishek Katariya says
One of the most iconic two-door sports coupes of this generation, the Nissan 370Z has always been referred to as a great driver’s car, despite not having mind-boggling performance numbers in its favour. The 370Z is nearing the end of its lifecycle, but some markets continue getting it, including the Philippines.
The Nissan 370Z is being offered in two variants – Premium and Nismo, both of which are available in colour options like Brilliant White, Vibrant Red, Diamond Black, and Brilliant Silver. The Premium variant is also available in additional colours like Gun Metallic, Pearl Blue, and Yellow

Nissan 370Z Interior & Features
The Nissan 370Z shows that it is a two-decade-old car with the way its interiors are laid out. In this day and age, the cabin, although sporty in its appearance, lacks modernity, thus robbing the desirability of the overall package.
The Nissan 370Z has a basic-looking round-themed multi-functional steering wheel with a three-pod outdated instrument console with silver inserts. The centre console of the dashboard has an old-school but unique design, featuring a large glovebox in the middle, two performance gauges at the top, and a touchscreen infotainment system at the bottom. Below the infotainment system, the 370Z gets a compact panel for the climate control buttons. The entire cabin is wrapped in black leather upholstery and exudes top-class quality, despite having an outdated appeal.
The list of features offered in the Nissan 370Z includes powered sport seats, cruise control, a tilt-adjustable steering wheel, a push start-stop button, automatic climate control, an 8-speaker BOSE audio system, and active noise cancellation. The NISMO variant stretches the bars ahead with additional features like Recaro sport seats and Alcantara leather upholstery with contrast red stitching.
370Z Exterior
The design of the current iteration of the Nissan 370Z might not have changed much in the last two decades of its existence. However, despite the minimal changes it has gone under, the Nissan 370Z still has the power of arresting one’s attention with its curvaceous two-door coupe look.
The front profile of the Nissan 370Z looks clean for a sports car, with the long and nicely contoured bonnet flowing towards the front bumper. The 370Z has a large grille placed in the middle of the front bumper, the corners of which get slim-looking air curtains and daytime running LEDs over them. The lower edges of the bonnet are occupied by sleek-looking boomerang-shaped headlamp housings, which get projector bulbs placed within them.
The Nissan 370Z has an iconic two-door coupe look with a steeply-flowing down roofline and flared design for the front and rear wheel arches, the latter of which gives it a squatted and muscular stance. While the front fenders come with a Z branding, the door handles provided in the 370Z have a unique vertical placement.
The sharply raked roofline and rear windscreen of the Nissan 370Z flow down towards the muscular rear profile, the corners of which have boomerang-shaped tail lamps. The lower corners of the rear bumper have slim and vertically-placed air curtains, while the lower middle part gets dual exhaust ports. The Nismo variant of the 370Z looks even sportier with elements like NISMO design front and rear bumpers, rear spoiler, side skirts, dual exhaust ports, and rearview mirrors.
Nissan 370Z Ride & Handling
Apart from the performance, the Nissan 370Z also manages to put a wide grin on your face with the way it handles and eats up corners with its impeccable handling. Both the variants get double-wishbone aluminium alloy with an aluminum subframe at the front and multi-link aluminium alloy at the rear. However, the NISMO variant gets an even stiffer-tuned suspension with increased spring and damping rates for a more grounded feel while driving.
370Z Engine & Fuel Consumption
Both the variants of the Nissan 370Z have the same 3.7-litre naturally-aspirated V6 engine under their hoods, though in a different state of tune. In the premium variant, this engine produces 332 PS of power and 363 Nm of torque, while in the NISMO variant, this engine claims 344 PS of power and 371 Nm of torque. While a 7-speed automatic transmission is offered as standard, the Premium variant can also be had with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
Nissan 370Z Braking & Safety
Given that it is almost a two-decade-old car, the Nissan 370Z lacks many of the modern features, but it still gets essentials like front, side and curtain airbags, ABS with EBD, vehicle dynamic control and traction control.
370Z Verdict
There are no doubts regarding the fact that the Nissan 370Z has a fantastic engine and a terrific driving experience with its sport-tuned suspension. However, the overall package of the 370Z now feels a bit dated and old-school, with minimal changes to its exterior, interior, and list of features.
