Perfect balance between rally DNA and touring
5/5

The Ducati DesertX has impressed me as a sensible compromise between a civilized tourer and an aggressive rally machine. Despite being mid-weight, the DesertX doesn’t feel compromised. Whenever I hop onto this bike, the ergonomics seem to be very neutral. It is low enough to plant feet at stops and wide enough to comfortably sit on pegs. The build quality is rugged. For someone on the lookout to do spirited canyon runs and cross-country trips, this is the kind of motorcycle that won’t overwhelm you. It easily adapts to the terrain and my mood.
