Recent Updates of Ducati Scrambler 1100

In terms of design, the Scrambler 1100 is a bit similar to its 400cc and 800cc versions. Recognizable differences include a bigger fuel tank, wider seats, metal headlight design with an X-shaped motif and LED DRLs. The Scrambler features a 1079cc L-Twin air-cooled engine which generates 84.8 hp of power and 88 Nm of torque. Riding comfort is offered by fully adjustable Marzocchi front suspension and Kayaba rear shock absorbers. Stopping power is offered by high-performance Brembo disc brakes that are equipped with Bosch cornering ABS and single-setting ABS on both ends. Additional features include a fully-digital instrument cluster, riding modes, Ducati Traction Control etc.

The Ducati Scrambler 1100 is among the five different scrambler models that are currently on sale in the market of the Philippines. This is a revised version and comes under the affordable range of models designed by the Italian automakers. It is available in a total of three model range which is Standard, Sport, and Special that features a price range of Php 915,000, Php 1.02 million, and Php 980,000 respectively. 

All these models are similar in many aspects such as powerhouse, certain mechanical bits, and pieces along with electronic aids. Some characteristics are exclusive to each model of Ducati Scrambler 1100. The riding stability of this bike has been offered a fully adjustable marzocchi front suspension and kayaba rear shock absorbers in the end for adjusting the preload and take care of the bumpers on road to ensure full comfort of the rider along with the passengers.

Ducati Scrambler 1100 Design

Ducati Scrambler is indeed among the best scramblers in its segment and the market of the Philippines as well. The Scrambler 1100 features unique finishes on the body panels and that makes it convenient for the spectators to recognize the different models. The lightning features include LEDs other than the headlamps that are halogen units. 

The mid-range model is well equipped with front and rear aluminum mudguards along with chrome exhaust pipes and lower handlebars. The fuel tank flaunts the black aluminum side covers, sporty-looking seat covers, black exhaust heat shield, lowered handlebars, and a black finish which is known as Viper black that features two racing stripes as well.

Scrambler 1100 Engine & Fuel Consumption

The Ducati Scrambler 1100 has been powered with a 1,079cc L-twin 2 valves per-cylinder air-cooled fuel-injected engine that delivers a power output of 84.8hp at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 88 Nm at 4,750revs. This unbeatable engine delivers an outstanding performance as it comes with a six-speed gearbox that directly sends the power to the rear wheel with the help of a chain drive. However, the Italian Scrambler has been offered a hydraulically actuated slip and assist clutch. 

The three different riding modes have been made available to the riders to experience the fun of riding this Scrambler. The fuel tank capacity is up to 15 liters which makes it enough for rides at times.

Ducati Scrambler 1100 Braking & Safety

Ducati Scrambler 1100 is equipped with high-quality braking and rider aids. There is a best-in-class braking setup that is fitted in this Italian Scrambler along with dual 320mm discs. It is also equipped with M4.32 monobloc calipers in the front and a single-piston sliding caliper in the rear wheel. 

Some of the other safety features are also present which include four-stage traction control, Bosch dual-channel cornering ABS. The safety setup on all three models of this bike is very efficient and won't let you down on well-paved roads or some sort of adventure terrains.
