With Solarius EV Charging's innovative approach, tenants benefit from the convenience of home charging and property owners open up a new source of income. If property managers decide to offer semi-private charging stations shared by multiple tenants, they may potentially be eligible for free electric vehicle chargers, reducing CAPEX costs.

Electric vehicle owners may download the Solarius app on their mobile devices to locate the public charging stations across the Philippines and to activate the condominium chargers.

Solarius EV Charging has ambitious plans for the future, which correspond to the recently passed Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA) that mandates 5% of parking spaces in condominiums be set aside for electric vehicles.
