Aston Martin Vanquish makes a comeback

MANILA: The nameplate Vanquish is all set for a revival thanks to the upcoming next-generation mid-engined supercar by Aston Martin. The concept car has been displayed at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show and is a part of the British automobile manufacturer’s second-century plan. The all-new Vanquish is said to be slated with other Aston Martin offerings like Lagonda SUV and Valkyrie.

The new Vanquish, which is the first series production rear mid-engined supercar by Aston Martin, has been designed and developed considering the ruthless competition it will have to survive in. Like all the other Aston Martin offerings, the new Vanquish will be a testament of the aerodynamic, weight, and packaging efficiency the Britisher can provide. Talking of the mechanicals of the sports car, it will be featuring a V6 motor instead of a traditional V8 or V12 mill. The engine will also be accompanied by either a hybrid or turbocharger setup.

The car will also keep distance with carbon fibre, and bonded aluminium chassis will be used to craft this newest Aston Martin. Aston Martin will soon release more information about the upcoming Vanquish before the sports car goes into the developmental phase and then series production.
