Caltex to open service facility in CALAX

MANILA: Caltex is set to open the first-ever service station along the Cavite-Laguna Expressway (CALAX) early next year.

This as Chevron Philippines Incorporated (CPI) recently broke ground for the location of the soon-to-rise facility as part of its commitment to providing access to more customers.

Eyed to open by March next year, the new Caltex-CALAX service station is expected to become a vital stop for travelers, logistics operators, and nearby residents.

In a statement, CPI General Manager Pongtorn Tangmanuswong expressed pride in the upcoming service station within the CALAX corridor, saying that it will support the needs of motorists traversing the expressway.

“Our commitment is to provide quality, cleaner, and ever reliable fueling options that meet the evolving demands of our customers,” he added.

Meanwhile, CALAX Vice President for Communication and Stakeholder Management Arlette Capistrano shared the CALAX operator’s delight over the aforementioned endeavor.

 “As concessionaire and operator of the Cavite-Laguna Expressway, it is an honor to witness this important milestone—the groundbreaking of our very first toll service facility in partnership with Caltex. This project represents more than just new infrastructure; it is a symbol of strong collaboration between our organizations, with one shared goal: to provide motorists with a safe, clean, and reliable place to rest and refuel along CALAX,” she noted.
