MANILA: Inchcape Philippines — the exclusive distributor of Changan cars in the Philippines — has received the prestigious Brand Contribution Award from Changan Automobile Group Company Limited during its Global Partner Conference. 

Held not too long ago, in Chongqing, China, the said gathering of Changan’s partners became the venue where Inchcape Philippines’ outstanding contributions in driving global expansion for the Changan brand in 2025 — through impactful marketing initiatives, local recognition, and strong brand performance — were acknowledged.

Changan in PH 

In the Philippines, the Changan brand offers 11 feature-packed and competitively priced vehicles that offer both internal combustion engine models and new-energy vehicles.

Per Changan Philippines, its lineup of conventionally-powered models aims to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of its customers. In the same event, Changan Automobile Group Company Limited shared its global strategy, which is themed “Innovation-driven, intelligence-led.” 

To achieve the said action plan, the Chinese automaker discussed four strategic transformations, namely:
