Inchcape PH to open 5 Changan dealerships

MANILA: Inchcape Philippines is set to open new Changan dealerships in the country—boosting its reach in Central Luzon and Mindanao.

Recently, the Chongqing-headquartered marque’s exclusive distributor of Changan in the country announced that the soon-to-rise facilities will be strategically situated in Davao, General Santos, Butuan, Surigao, and San Fernando, Pampanga.

Upcoming dealerships

Last June, Changan Philippines signed agreements with the following partners for the upcoming dealers:

Per Inchcape Philippines, the event forms part of its overall commitment to providing high-quality products, excellent customer service, and making smart mobility accessible to more Filipinos nationwide.

Aside from the awarding of new dealerships, the brand’s local arm also had its sales manager training at its flagship dealership in C5, Pasig.

With an aim to further hone the skills of the sales managers, the training focused on strengthening leadership, enhancing customer experience, and aligning strategies for continued growth across the Changan network.

Additionally, sales managers’ key roles were discussed and exercised during the training, with a specific focus on leadership, key performance indicators and planning, team development, as well as inventory and operational management.

These are all aimed to have the outcome of developing highly trained sales teams dedicated to delivering warm hospitality and a customer-centric approach during their visit.
