Jaguar Roars at MIAS 2016 with XE and F-Type

MANILA: Jaguar marks its presence at Manila International Auto Show 2016 in style flaunting two of the dazzling cars from its stable, Jaguar XE, a premium sedan, and Jaguar F-Type coupe. The Jaguar both was lit up when these two cars took the stage and the officials shed the covers of these beauties. Although, we were expecting the crossover F-Pace to accompany these models at the MIAS 2016, which didn’t happen leaving the Jaguar fans blued.

Joining the fleet of Jaguar Philippines in October last year, the drooling premium sedan, XE made visitors’ jaws drop like never before. The car wowed the crowd with its amazing Ammonite Grey color. The sedan comes with the best aerodynamic structure amongst the Jaguar cars, which accounts for 75% aluminium making it extremely light in weight and further helping in delivering unmatched performance. It boasts sophisticated body engineering, which in combination with aerospace-inspired technologies puts out a perfect blend of strength, stiffness and durability.

Talking about the mechanical specifications, the engine range for XE starts with the turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder direct injection engine, which when mated to a six-speed manual or 8-speed electronic automatic transmission system delivers a blistering power of 163 PS.

Next to the crafty sedan was another mesmerizing Jaguar model, F-type that was equally appealing and gross in every sense. Jaguar proudly markets this coupe with the cutting-edge technologies, exceptional handling dynamics, instinctive performance and power-packed engine inside the well-contoured hood. The lightweight aluminium body, well-proportioned structure, and driver-focussed cabin were all live at the MIAS 2016.
